Cancellations must be made in writing no less than 30 days before the event date, and then 100% of your entry fee will be transferred to any of the following events on the Chase Race calendar. From 30 days up till 10 days only 50% of the fee is transferable to any event. After 10 days prior to the event we operate a strict no refund or transfer policy.

• Race rules are per the BTA. Find all relevant rules on the BTA website.
• Minimum age to enter any Chase Race event is 15 years of age.
• Mountain bikes and road bikes must all be in roadworthy condition. Chase Race staff reserve the right to stop you competing if we deem your bike un-roadworthy.
• Helmets will be checked at registration so make sure they are approved and in good condition.
• It is your responsibility to navigate the course correctly and safely.
• Chase Race reserve the right to change the course without prior notice being given should the need arise.
• It is the competitor’s responsibility to safeguard their own clothing and equipment at the event.
• Results should be on the website the evening of the event or soon after.
