Three Spires Triathlon September 9th has been cancelled due to a lack of entries.
Joanne and I are bitterly dissapointed with the lack of support for this event and apolologies to competitors who had signed up. Refunds with be made as soon as possible.
2012 has been a dissapointing and frustrating year for Chaserace with the cancellation of Barto Marina and now Three Spires and has led us to make a decision to pull out of event organising from this point on. To all of our regular supporters some of whom have competed in all of our events over the past six years Jo and I would like to thank you for your support.
We are hopeful that Three Spires and be taken up by a local Tri club.
I would also like to pay special thanks to Mike and his team at Bridgtown Cycles who who have supported us from the start and have now become great friends.
Chase Race
Chase Race set out to provide quality multi sport events in the Midlands.
Many of the events are located in Cannock Chase, an area known for its outstanding natural beauty (AONB), which provides a superb backdrop for competitors and spectators alike.
For 2012, Chase Race once again host our flagship event at Barton Marina with both Sprint and Standard Open water Triathlons in June.
The two lakes incorporated into a development of craft shops, restaurants and local businesses, set alongside the tranquil marina, hosts a fantastic venue to competitors and spectators alike.
